Refund and Returns Policy

We strive to ensure every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We are happy to accept unused returns in original condition with tags still attached. Please note that custom or personalized orders cannot be returned.

Returning Items To initiate a return, please email [email protected] with your order number and details of what you would like to return. We will respond with return instructions specific to your order.

Upon receiving and inspecting returned items, we will process your refund for the purchase price. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless an order arrives defective or inaccurate. You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returned items.

Refunds Refunds are processed within 3 business days of our warehouse receiving and inspecting your return. Refunds may take 3-5 additional business days to reflect in your bank account.

We refund you via your original payment method. If you used a debit or credit card, refunds will be issued to the same card.

Exchanges If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or other available variant, please contact us specifying what item(s) you wish to exchange. We are happy to send replacement items to you at no additional shipping cost.

Sale Items Sale items are Final Sale and ineligible for returns unless defective or inaccurately fulfilled. No refunds are issued for Final Sale items. Thank you for understanding.
